Instruction for Writing
We welcome submissions of individual articles or of thematic sections of four to six articles debating theoretical, empirical and/or methodological questions, arising from, for example, conference panels or roundtables. Whether submitted individually or as part of a group, articles should not exceed 10,000 words,including references and footnotes.
Articles must include a 250-word abstract and, separately, a short biographical paragraph which should include highest academic degree and university from which it was obtained, current affiliation or place of employment and title, previous relevant employment and relevant recent publications.
All submissions must be original. They cannot have been published previously in the same form nor can their substance be drawn from previously published books or articles (papers stored on online conference archives are accepted) . Submissions to the RJPS must not be under consideration in any form by other publisher(s). RJPS retains the right of first publication.
Review Process
All articles in this journal undergo rigorous editorial and peer review. The editors maintain final discretion over publication of all papers.
During the submission process authors will be asked to supply us with the names of five potential peer reviewers, together with their contact information. Do not include on this list anyone who has already commented on the paper, or any current or recent collaborators, institutional colleagues, mentors, students or close friends.
The RJPS will rely on the author to verify the facts within the text and to undertake revisions as suggested by peer reviewers and the RJPS editors.

Scholars seeking to submit a themed section or special issue should contact the editors in the first instance with a brief proposal outlining the topic and containing abstracts for each article to be included and details of contributors.
